Job Summary:

This position involves all outdoor physical/construction work needed for all outdoor structures.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Check vehicle
• Take route sheet from main office
• Load the vehicle
• Travel to locations listed on route sheets
• Duties vary per work order and per location listed
• Consistently use safety equipment
• Must be able to climb structure
• Repair or change billboard faces as indicated
• Continue to following locations as indicated on work orders and route sheets
• Sign and return completed work orders at the end of each day
• Must have the ability to troubleshoot and perform maintenance on billboard structures
• Must be able to complete building requirements as needed
• Competently perform structural inspections
• Must have the ability to tree trim and remove brush as needed which will vary upon location
• Must be competent to identify and report any safety concerns as they arise

Required Skills/Experience

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to climb and work safely at elevated heights
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, preferably a CDL
• Must pass drug screen and physical exam
• Must be able to identify unsafe conditions or conditions requiring repair to troubleshoot and make repairs as necessary
• Must display the ability to read blueprints and schematic drawings among industry
• Must pass background check

Minimum Education Level

• HS Diploma or GED
